JOB TITLE: Programmer Analyst

Job Summary: Provide the information gathering and reporting needs of the company which has different brands of hotels and create a CENTRLIZED REPORTING SYSTEM SOFTWARE which is built into the website.
Provide planning, analysis, design, development, programming, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of computer based information systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This hotel group owns and manages 23 different properties with Brand names like RAMADA, HAMPTON INN, HOWARD JOHNSON, DAYS INN which needs a consolidated reporting system that has the capability.
* Support for Develop programs and procedures for processing data on electronic data processing equipment.
* Develop test data and tests programs using proper debugging methodologies and tools.
* Prepare program diagrams using structured design and code program logic using structured coding concepts.
* Perform maintenance on programs to effect changes and ensure proper operations.
* Analyze errors using proper debugging methods and tools.
* Develop and document user and operations procedures.
* Develop and maintain program and system documentation.
* Instruct others in the use of programs and procedures.
* Develop detailed specifications for computer systems, applications, programs, and test data, using contemporary methodologies, based on user requirements.
* Coordinate with computer users to document their requirements for application systems.
* Prepare overall system design which includes equipment selection, input and output identification, major file design, data handling techniques, dividing system into subsystems; identifying programs and writing specifications, developing programs and conducting system design and programming walkthroughs.
* Conduct project meetings.
* Direct system development by providing direction, guidance, and technical expertise to the project team.

DIRECTOR OF SALES

* Accountable to manage sales activities and direct sales efforts to meet revenue objectives.
* Responsibilities include identifying accounts with significant revenue potential for all client hotels located in assigned geographic area and soliciting those accounts to increase revenues for the company to meet overall account revenue objectives.
* Work with 300 assigned accounts for six separate properties to increase revenue to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
* Partner with Directors of National Account Sales to improve effectiveness of company solicitation efforts of National/State Accounts and Markets assigned to them.
* Create quarterly Account action plans to detail strategy and tactics to increase sales from assigned accounts.
* Responsible for accompanying GM's and or RDOS on calls to key clients in their market as appropriate should the account represent significant revenue potential.


Requirements :
Qualified candidates will have:
* A minimum of 3 years of hotel sales experience (this is a FIRM requirement - please do not apply if you do not have this experience on your resume).
* Excellent written / verbal communication skills
* The ability to travel a roughly 90 mile radius to cover multiple accounts (no overnight travel is required)
* Time management skills and the ability to multi-task
* Strong computer skills

Looking for an exciting, fast paced and ever changing challenge in the Hospitality Industry? We are seeking dynamic individuals for the full time position of Assistant Hotel Manager for multiple locations in New Jersey.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for staffing and all associated HR functions
* Responsible for insuring safe food handling
* Responsible for implementing service standards
* Responsible for consistent delivery of food and beverage
* Responsible for assisting the General Manager in all areas of the hotel operation and to assume responsibility for the operation in the absence of the General Manager.
Essential Mental Functions
* Familiarity with computers is required, knowledge of Microsoft is very important as well as Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Experience with food handling is critical to include purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking and serving.
* Prior experience as a manger of employees in the hotel or restaurant business is necessary
* Will be operating in the high season to start so a little vision, a lot of energy and a good sense of humor is pretty important!
* Organization skills are important; we will look for specific tools used.
* The ability to coach, mentor and when necessary, discipline staff.

The ideal candidate will need to be extremely hands on, enjoy interacting with guests, capable of creating and operating a warm and comfortable environment. This is a new position for the property and is essentially that of a food and beverage manager with some responsibility for the overall operation. It is intended to be a training position.

HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for an experience and detailed oriented person to join our Miramar team as a HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER. The incumbent reports directly to the Directors of the Hotel. The major trust of the position is to create and maintain a professional structured operation, provide analytical data, support and control expenses relative to the operation. This position requires travel to other properties in New York and New Jersey.

Responsible for the creation of operational binders for Hotel, F&B and Hotel Stores.

Provides analytical assistance to the Directors of the Hotel in the following areas:

* Galley service operation.
* Restaurant service operation.
* Bar service operation.
* Front Office and Hotel Administrative services.
* Provisions and inventory control
* Adherence to company specifications

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Bachelors degree with minimum 3 years experience as a Hotel Operations Manager and 5 years in a similar position. Functional Expertise:

* Solid progression through Hotel ranks
* Experience with a luxury product and or F&B operations

BOOKKEEPER: (Multiple positions)

Immediate need for bookkeeper seeking competitive salary , self starter and ability to solve problems in a timely manner will be keys to success in this stable rganization. Candidate Will be responsible for journal entries, general ledger functions and accounts receivables/payables .

Ideal Bookkeeper candidate will have 2+ years bookkeeping experience with hands on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and bank reconciliation. Excel knowledge is a must and QuickBooks is a plus. This is a great opportunity and is an immediate need.
